Large Appliance Service Charge Policies


It seems that Flat Rate charges are becoming the norm for appliance repair.   Maybe it's easier to charge
a job based on averages, but I don't believe that it is fair across the board.   Situations change from job to
job and Clients should not be charged extra (or less) based on situations other than their own.

I charge each individual job by the time it takes to do it, and the cost of the parts needed for repair.



The client is guaranteed a full hour of my service, if desired, as paid for with the minimum service charge.
