When calling
for service, it is very helpful to provide as much information as
possible.
The
more
information
that
I
have before a service visit, the more
likely that I'll have the
parts that are probably needed for the repair ahead of time, and the
sooner the job
can be
completed.
I need to know:
1. The type of machine.
2. The manufacturer, and model
number (see below).
3. As clear a description of the
problem as possible.
I am happy to provide assessment visits to obtain the information
myself, if that's easier for the client.
An assessment visit is billed as a
service call, and credited toward a resulting service call.
Model Numbers -
Model
numbers are usually located on a metal plate, or a heavy duty
sticker. These information labels are
usually easy to find, located in areas such as the inside edge of
a unit under the door. Please see the photos

you can.
